      Shipping

      • Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States!

      • For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7 applies.

      • Orders typically ship via USPS and usually arrive within 2–4 business days.

      • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

      Note: Orders are packaged with care and usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be shipped the following business day.

      In-Store Pickup

      • Prefer to pick up your order in person? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout!

      • Your order is usually ready within 2 hours of placing it.

      • If you haven’t received a notification and are on your way, call us at (608) 448-2161 and we’ll prepare your order immediately.

      Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

      If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

      PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

      **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
